Workers' compensation; medical treatment; nurse practitioners.  Authorizes an employer or its workers' compensation insurer to include an advanced practice registered nurse, who is licensed by the Board of Medicine and the Board of Nursing, on the three-provider panel from which an injured employee may select a provider.
