Comments
This bill might have prevented the Scott Schuett fiasco, in which the Virginia Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services, the Virginia Department of Social Services, the local Community Services Boards, and the Office of the Attorney General enabled, dissembled, and covered up the abuse and neglect of the disabled and elderly, including deaths. For more information about this appalling episode, please google Scott Schuett.
