Description

Workplace safety; employer reporting requirements. Requires employers to notify the Virginia Department of Labor and Industry of any work-related hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye. Existing law requires employers to report hospitalizations involving three or more employees and does not specifically address reporting an amputation or enucleation. Read the Bill »
