Description

Virginia Investment Partnership Act; certain performance and incentive grants. Provides an additional portion of funds that may be paid out after July 1, 2015, for Virginia Investment Performance Grants and Virginia Economic Development Incentive Grants and shortens the time for payment under the Major Eligible Employer Grant Program from six to three years. Amends § 2.2-5101, § 2.2-5102, § 2.2-5102.1, of the Code of Virginia. Read the Bill »
