Home care organizations; unlawful advertising. Prohibits any person who is not licensed as a home care organization from advertising or marketing himself as or otherwise holding himself out to be a home care organization and prohibits any licensed home care organization from advertising or marketing itself as or otherwise holding itself out as providing services other than those that the licensee is licensed to provide.
