Description

Sidewalk construction; City of Charlottesville. Amends a provision that currently authorizes the City of Charlottesville to alter its subdivision ordinance regarding the requirement that a developer construct a sidewalk along the property under development to also include such authority as part of the City's zoning ordinance.
