Description
Income tax; motion picture tax credit. Modifies the motion picture income tax credit by (i) increasing the maximum amount of tax credits available in each fiscal year after fiscal year 2016 from $6.5 million to $15 million and (ii) extending the sunset date from January 1, 2019, to January 1, 2020.
