Description

Expiration of tax credits. Provides that any tax credit that does not otherwise indicate an expiration date will expire on January 1, 2025, absent General Assembly action to continue the credit. The automatic expiration will not apply to the credit for taxes paid in other states or the credit for low-income taxpayers. Read the Bill »
