Virginia Port Authority police powers. Expands the police powers of the Virginia Port Authority by allowing the Authority to employ special police officers on property owned, leased, or operated by the Authority or its subsidiaries. Amends § 62.1-132.12, of the Code of Virginia. Read the Bill »
