Allocation of highway funds by the Commonwealth Transportation Board. Provides that the five percent of monies allocated annually by the Commonwealth Transportation Board currently dedicated to paving of unpaved highways carrying more than 50 vehicles per day will instead be allocated for paving or improving such highways if they carry more than 200 vehicles per day.
