Description

Land preservation tax credit; maximum credit claimed. Reduces from $100,000 to $20,000 the maximum amount of the land preservation tax credit that may be claimed beginning with income tax returns for taxable year 2015. Any taxpayer affected by the credit reduction would be allowed an additional three taxable years in which to claim the land preservation tax credit. Read the Bill »
