Description
Passing with a double yellow line. Allows drivers to pass a pedestrian, stopped vehicle, or vehicle traveling less than 25 miles per hour by crossing a double yellow line. The bill also relocates a definition from the end of the section to the beginning for clarity. Read the Bill »
