I OPPOSE THIS BILL.
When I was a new mom with an infant, right after my c-section, RARELY did I EVER try to take the child out of the car seat to walk into a gas station to pay cash before pumping my gas. This is a STUPID nanny-state attempt Bill. Leave human beings alone...especially when travelling in their PRIVATE property ...It's bad enough we are being regulated to death with seat belts, air bags, speed limits, car seats..."for our safety" or "others safety" - BULL! It's for REVENUE GENERATION opportunities for municipal corporate employees. MOVE ON.
