Description

Movable Soccer Goal Safety Act created. Requires the Board of Health to promulgate regulations, consistent with the Guidelines for Movable Soccer Goal Safety published by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, establishing safety standards for anchoring, securing, and counter-weighting movable soccer goals. The bill also prohibits the sale of movable soccer goals that are not tip-resistant beginning July 1, 2016. Read the Bill »
