Description
Hearing officer requirements. Requires that hearing officers in hearings regarding franchise dealers of motor vehicles have at least five years of experience as a hearing officer in administrative hearings in Virginia, have telephone and email capability, and be an active member of the Virginia State Bar. The bill also provides for the hearing process to follow the Rules of Supreme Court of Virginia regarding the discovery process, expert reports, and forms of discovery. Read the Bill »
