Description
Sales and use tax exemption; computer equipment and software used in certain data centers. Removes the June 30, 2020, sunset date for the sales and use tax exemption for computer equipment and software used in certain data centers. The bill also increases from $150 million to $500 million the minimum amount ofnew capital investment a data center must make to be eligible for the sales and use tax exemption, effective June 30, 2020.
