Entitlement to certain sales tax revenues; developments of regional impact. Allows an existing development of regional impact to be expanded into an adjoining county that has a portion of Interstate 81 within its boundaries and that has an agreement with the city in which the existing development is located. The expanded area may not exceed 84 acres and must be within three miles of the existing development. The county and city would not be entitled to any sales tax revenues generated by retail establishments operating on July 1, 2015, in the expanded portion of the development. Read the Bill »
