Description
Private roads; covenants; maintenance and improvements. Prohibits enforcement of a provision in a recorded deed or plat that prohibits the owner of a private road from dedicating the road for public use or reaching an agreement with the locality or the Department of Transportation for the improvement or maintenance of the road. The bill requires that the private road serve a subdivision of 50 or fewer lots in total and that all lot owners consent to the dedication or agreement. Read the Bill »
