Description

Community development authorities. Provides that any special tax levied or any special assessment imposed by a locality pursuant to an agreement with a community development authority, whether previously or hereafter levied or imposed, constitutes a lien on real estate ranking on parity with real estate taxes, and any such delinquent special tax or delinquent special assessment may be collected in accordance with established procedures.
