Comments
The Secular Coalition of Virginia strongly opposes this bill. SB690 is almost verbatim SB555 from last year's session which was correctly vetoed by the Governor. This bill does nothing to correct the concerns raised by SB555 and if anything only serves to potentially expose Guard and Defense members to religious proselytizing by Chaplains.
