Description
Building Revitalization Grant Fund. Establishes the Building Revitalization Grant Fund, administered by the Department of Housing and Community Development, to award grants of up to $100,000 to businesses that make a capital investment of at least $1 million in revitalizing or retrofitting an existing building in the Commonwealth to serve as a new place of business.
