I support this claim. In addition, however, I believe it should not only apply to Jonathan Montgomery. The state of Virginia should be required to financially compensate each and every alleged "debtor" the state of Virginia sent DSS employees into JDR courts demanding "jail" for unverified alleged "loans" the State of Virginia NEVER MADE to the parents nor their children for Federal Title IV-D monies. The Attorney General's office has ALWAYS been the ONLY LEGAL PARTY - By Va Code - who can appear in a Tribunal against an alleged child support debtor. Yet, the DSS has used PRIVATE lawyers and DSS staff lawyers in direct violation of Va. Code for almost 25 years - in order to FUND the RICO operated by the local JDR courts, the Private regional jails, and the kickbacks to the Incorporated Municipalitites. It's been a "legal slave trade racket" that should have been shut down when Mr. Briggman and Mr. Shadwell both sued this state, as well as Bob McDonnell and Tim Kaine for knowingly operating this money laundering operation OFF of the Department of Treasury's Books since 1997. I addressed the issue of the unlawful incarcerations of over 177,000 people - Mostly Black - in my youtube speech to the General Assembly in 2009. The violation of the Separation of Powers Doctrine through the use of these basement JDR courts to jail people for minimum 1 year sentences, back to back on a revolving door predicated on "allegations" of un-repaid "debt" to the Public Fund - when the Public fund - Never actually funded anyone - is an Atrocity. There is Va. Code which mandates ALL Agencies be Audited by the Auditor of Public Accounts - so why hasn't DCSE ever been audited? When is Virginia going to PAY all the Parents it has JAILED for years and years back to back for all the years they lost - in court fines, DMV reinstatement costs, wage garnishments, "fees" by employers for garnishment, loss of employment, threats by DCSE workers , loss of housing, homelessness, being publicly defamed by the State - on "WANTED" posters plastered all over courthouses for ALLEGED "debtors", credit reporting damages, loss of TIME raising their own children, costs of divorce due to the SYSTEMS' control over these SLAVES? When does THEIR restitution come?
