Description
Alcoholic beverage control; alcohol by volume. Allows farm winery licensees to manufacture wine containing 21 percent or less of alcohol by volume. Under current law, farm winery licensees may manufacture wine containing 18 percent or less of alcohol by volume. Read the Bill »
