Comments

Zack Miller writes:

The Virginia Housing Coalition strongly supports this study resolution. The Virginia Housing Trust Fund is a critical, flexible and effective tool for meeting affordable housing needs in the state. However, the impact of the fund will remain limited until a dedicated revenue source can be identified and secured for the fund. This study would take that first step and identify the best options for a revenue source.
