Description

Excise tax on peanuts. Extends the sunset of the $0.30 per 100 pounds excise tax on all peanuts grown in and sold in Virginia from July 1, 2016, to July 1, 2021. The proceeds from the tax are used for promoting the sales and use of Virginia peanuts. Read the Bill »
