Income tax; subtraction for military veterans with a service-connected, permanent disability. Establishes beginning January 1, 2016, an individual income tax subtraction for the military retirement income of veterans who have been determined by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to have a service-connected, permanent disability.
