Description

TPA-certified optometrists; prescription of certain Schedule II controlled substances. Provides that a TPA-certified optometrist who is authorized to prescribe controlled substances may issue prescriptions for or provide manufacturer's samples of Schedule II controlled substances consisting of hydrocodone in combination with acetaminophen to his patients.
