Description

Veterans Services Foundation. Requires the Department of Veterans Services to provide administrative and other support services to the Veterans Services Foundation (the Foundation). Current law requires the Secretary of Veterans and Defense Affairs to designate a state agency to provide such support. Existing law specifies the composition and duties of the Foundation's board of trustees but is otherwise silent on Foundation membership; the bill provides that the membership of the Foundation shall be composed of the board of trustees, supporting staff, donors, volunteers, and other interested parties.
