Description

Void provisions of contracts for sale or lease of consumer goods or services. Prohibits a contract for sale or lease of consumer goods or services from containing a provision requiring a consumer to waive his right to make a statement regarding the good or service and provides that any such provision contained in such contract is void and unenforceable.
