Description

State and Local Government Conflict of Interests Act and General Assembly Conflicts of Interests Act; prohibited gifts; technical amendment. Clarifies that for purposes of the gift limitations, gifts shall be aggregated by reporting year, defined as the period beginning November 1 and ending October 31.
