Description

State and Local Government Conflict of Interests Act and General Assembly Conflicts of Interests Act; definition of gift. Clarifies that travel provided to facilitate attendance by a legislator at certain meetings where attendance is approved by the House or Senate Committee on Rules or the Chairman of either committee is not a gift. Currently, such travel is deemed not a gift only when approved by the House or Senate Committee on Rules. Read the Bill »
