Description
Virginia Freedom of Information Advisory Council; membership. Increases the number of nonlegislative citizen appointees made by the Speaker of the House of Delegates that represent the news media from at least one to at least two of his three appointments. The bill also provides that the news media representatives must be a current representative of the news media. Read the Bill »
