NOR FROM NEWPORT NEWS, SENATOR MILLER I MOVE THE BILL PASS AND SPEAKING TO THE BILL THE SENATOR HAS THE FLOOR THANK YOU, MR. PRESIDENT. THIS BILL SAYS IF YOU ARE 65 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER YOU DO NOT NEED AN EXCUSE TO GET AN ABSENTEE BALLOT. YOU SAW THAT BILL LAST YEAR AND IT RECEIVED OVERWHELMING BIPARTISAN SUPPORT. I BELIEVE WE OUGHT TO MAKE VOTING AS ACCESSIBLE AS POSSIBLE ESPECIALLY FOR SENIOR CITIZENS AND I RENEW MY MOTION THAT THE BILL PASS
