Description
Lights on bicycles, electric personal assistive mobility devices, electric power-assisted bicycles, and mopeds. Requires bicycles, electric personal assistive mobility devices, electric power-assisted bicycles, and mopeds operated between sunset and sunrise to have a red light visible from at least 500 feet to the rear. Current law requires such vehicles, except bicycles, to have a red reflector visible from 600 feet to the rear and requires bicycles to have a rear taillight emitting a red light visible from at least 500 feet between sunset and sunrise when operated on a highway with a speed limit of 35 mph or greater.
