Description

State Corporation Commission; insurance assessments. Authorizes the State Corporation Commission (SCC) to recover omitted assessments pertaining to its regulation of insurers for the most recent three years. The measure also establishes a procedure for an aggrieved insurer to apply to the SCC for a correction of the assessment and for a refund. Read the Bill »
