Description

Unlawful transport of alcoholic beverages; penalty. Makes the transporting of alcoholic beverages by a person to whom an alcoholic beverage may not lawfully be sold (persons who are under age 21, interdicted, or intoxicated) a Class 1 misdemeanor. Under current law the purchase, possession, or consumption of alcohol by such persons is a Class 1 misdemeanor. Read the Bill »
