Description

I MOVE THAT WE AGREE TO THE HOUSE AMENDMENTS AND SPEAKING TO THAT MOTION. THE SENATOR HAS THE FLOOR. THANK YOU, MR. PRESIDENT. LADIES AND GENTLEMEN OF THE SENATE, THIS BILL SIMPLY ALLOWS SOMEBODY TO PARTIALLY RELEASE A JUDGMENT. THE CLERKS LOOKED AT IT, WANTED TO MAKE SURE THEY GOT THEIR MONEY AND PUT AN AMENDMENT ON IT THAT SAID YOU CAN RELEASE IT PARTIALLY IF YOU PAY THE CLERK THEIR MONEY. I THINK IT'S A GOOD AMENDMENT AND I MOVE THAT WE ACCEPT THE AMENDMENT.
