Description

Gas-powered low-speed vehicles. Includes gas-powered vehicles that have a maximum speed of greater than 20 miles per hour but less than 25 miles per hour and are manufactured to comply with safety standards contained in Title 49 of the C.F.R. 571.500 as low-speed vehicles. The current definition of "low-speed vehicle" only includes electrically powered vehicles. Read the Bill »
