Sen. Dave Marsden (D-Burke): THANK YOU, MR. PRESIDENT. SENATE BILL 717 CREATES A NON REVERTING GRANT FUND TO EXIST IN THE EXPANSION OF VINEYARDS. WE EVERRING A SHORTAGE OF GRAPES AND THIS WILL ALLOW PUBLIC OR PRIVATE CONTRIBUTIONS TO GO INTO THE FUND TO ASSIST IN PRIORITY SMALLER VINEYARDS AND SOME WHAT LARGER ONES AND WITH THE CREATION OF NEW VINEYARDS TO EXPAND OUR WINE INDUSTRY AND I MOVE THAT THE BILL PASS. THANK YOU, SENATOR. THE QUESTION IS SHALL SENATE BILL 717 PASS. ALL IN FAVOR OF THE MOTION WILLS AYE, THOSE OPPOSED NO. ARE THE SENATORS READY TO VOTE? HAVE ALL THE SENATORS VOTED?
