WE EVERRING A SHORTAGE OF GRAPES AND THIS WILL ALLOW PUBLIC OR PRIVATE CONTRIBUTIONS TO GO INTO THE FUND TO ASSIST IN PRIORITY SMALLER VINEYARDS AND SOME WHAT LARGER ONES AND WITH THE CREATION OF NEW VINEYARDS TO EXPAND OUR WINE INDUSTRY AND I MOVE THAT THE BILL PASS.
