Description

Use of premises for illegal consumption of alcohol; civil penalty. Allows any locality by ordinance to provide that the owner of any property is liable for a civil penalty of $100 for the use of the premises for the illegal consumption of alcohol, provided the owner knew or reasonably should have known that the premises was being used for this purpose.
