Description
Driving privilege card; eligibility. Allows the Department of Motor Vehicles to issue a driving privilege card to those granted a period of stay authorized by the Attorney General of the United States who are not otherwise eligible for a temporary driver's license. The bill provides that such driving privilege card is subject to the same requirements and conditions as a temporary driver's license. Read the Bill »
