Description

Petitions for guardianship or conversvatorship; orders prior to the respondent's 18th birthday. Clarifies that a court may enter an order of appointment for a respondent's parent or guardian prior to the respondent's eighteenth birthday. The bill requires that any such order state whether the order takes effect immediately upon entry or on the child's eighteenth birthday. Read the Bill »
