Description
Local regulation of all-terrain vehicles and off-road motorcycles. Allows all cities and any town or county that maintains its own system of streets or roads and streets, respectively, to regulate, with certain conditions, the distance an all-terrain or off-road motorcycle may travel on streets under the locality's jurisdiction, provided that such distance does not exceed 10 miles.
