Description

Voluntary listing of certain family day homes. Provides for the voluntary inclusion of certain family day homes that provide care for fewer than five children on a list of family day homes maintained by the Department of Social Services (the Department). Such voluntary listing replaces the voluntary registration of family day homes with the Department under current law. Read the Bill »
