Description

Elections and terms for mayors, councils, and elected school boards of cities and towns; providing for November elections. Requires elections for mayors, councils, and elected school boards of cities and towns to be held on the date of regular general elections in November. Currently, cities and towns have the option to elect governing bodies and school boards in May or November. The bill adjusts corresponding dates to reflect the repeal of May elections.
