Comments
For the Virginia Vehicle Safety Inspection program to function as the law was intended it would be necessary to apply this requirement to all of the vehicles that travel upon the state roads where this mandate is in place as the state speed limit laws are applied. To do less is tantamount to state legislators playing Russian Roulette with the lives of the state residents that complied with the law while simultaneously using state revenue to attract tourists from the 34 states that claim to have safe highways or the 15 states that may not meet the stringent requirements that Virginia legislators impose on state residents.
