Description
Justifiable homicide; reporting requirement. Requires the State Police to include justifiable homicides involving a law-enforcement officer in the annual Crime in Virginia report. The bill requires any law-enforcement or public safety officer required to report such homicides to receive training concerning such reporting requirement. Read the Bill »
