Description

Safety inspections; appointments. Allows any motor vehicle inspection station to accept appointments for safety inspections. Under current motor vehicle safety inspection rules and regulations, 19VAC30-70, a motor vehicle inspection station may accept appointments for safety inspections under certain conditions but only if it has at least one inspector and inspection lane that remain available for inspections on a first-come, first-served basis.
