Description
School security funds; certain private elementary and secondary schools. Permits nonsectarian private elementary and secondary schools to participate in the School Security Equipment Grant Act and requires the Department of Emergency Management to set aside for school security upgrades at private elementary and secondary schools in the Commonwealth 15 percent of all funds received through the federal Homeland Security Grant Program and planned to be used for school security upgrades.
