Another patently unhealthy, unhelpful idea by the ag people. Really,if they had anything to think with, I'd make an intemperate suggestion.
If passed, what enforcement procedures will ensure that the talons and feathers of endangered raptors, or products made therefrom, are not hidden in shipments of those from turkeys? How would a flood of products made with turkey talons and feathers affect the ability of law enforcement to police the black market in sales of look-alike products?
